Welcome to 2334 Racquet Club! This renovated villa has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and is located close to Harbour Town.

This cozy villa has two spacious bedrooms and large closets. When you first walk in, the kitchen is open to the dining area and living room. The living room offers plenty of seating to relax after a day out in the sun. Heading upstairs, the first room has a queen and twin beds. The second room has a king bed and a sofa that can be pulled out. Each room has its own bathroom.

Relax on the two balconies looking over the lagoon and watch the birds play. This villa is conveniently situated near Harbour Town and its world of shopping, dining, and recreation. Also, the Sea Pines Beach Club is just a leisurely bike ride away.

"Amazing Getaway!
We really enjoyed staying at this Racquet Club villa! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. As soon as we walked through the door, it felt like we were home. The location was perfect...a nice quiet area and not far from Sea Pines. We dined at the new Quarterdeck restaurant and watched the amazing sunset over the water. Thank you to the welcoming and kind staff at Island Time Hilton Head! We absolutely look forward to staying here again, and staying longer the next time!"

"Just What We Needed!
Our family of 4 with 2 little ones booked this condo the week of our trip due to a cancellation at our previous place. This condo was exactly what we needed and was located a 7 minute walk to Harbour Town and a 12 minute bike ride to the Sea Pine Beach Club. The pool and tennis courts were located right within the parking lot/property and were perfect for our needs. The condo itself was very clean with a great living space and kitchen area. The Master Bedroom and bathrooms were also very nice. Overall, very pleased and can't wait to get back to HHI!"

"Lovely Unit but Exclusive Sea Pines Experience Not So Great
First, the unit is quite lovely. A few comments about the property and Sea Pines. (1) the A/C on the second level of the condo is not great . . . in order to get enough cooling upstairs you have to turn the AC down to 68 degrees or lower which makes the first level an artic tundra (2) the upstairs deck chairs are old and unusable . . . they desperately need replacement (3) Racquet Club pool is not heated and unusable . . . it was absolutely freezing (4) Make sure you get codes for the pool, pool bathroom and tennis courts . . . this information was not provided to us (5) Lastly, we are beach people and I was extremely disappointed with Sea Pines due to the lack of access to the beautiful beaches. There are some of the most perfect beaches located in this area but no place to park or even drop off your family and beach items. The Beach Club reserves all parking for Sea Pines home owners and there is no other parking available anywhere so you a SOL. The most prized beaches are the beach access points on the southeast side of Sea Pines . . . they also have no parking and if you are not within walking distance they are very difficult to get to. There are no shuttles to take you there and no parking. You can try biking to these Beach Access Points but it is dangerous to pack your gear on the bike and on your back to take the 2+ mile ride to one of these pristine beaches. To be honest, it feels like we were not welcome to the Sea Pines Beaches (proof is just Google Sea Pines Beach Access Points and you will find nothing). Great place but as beach people we will stay within 2 blocks of a beach access point next time or down near Coligny Beach which was much more drop-off and parking friendly. One last thing, the couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa and extremely uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV or read. Please put a board under the seat cushions to make this a bearable place to sit. "

The rental was generally in good shape with everything working. The accessibility was a bit tricky with steps up to the unit and more stairs inside for the bedrooms. Getting luggage up was hard work. We liked the location for accessibility to bike trails and lighthouse area."

"Super easy and friendly
We have rented all over the place and renting this unit was an over the top experience. We needed to bump our dates originally, that was met with courtesy and understanding by the owners and company staff. When we arrived to pick up our welcome packet we met another over the top nice person. The unit came clean, and with a starter pack of soaps and paper products that I've never seen before! We never had to get anymore. I would definitely, 100% recommend this unit and this company!"

"Wonderful!
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was decorated nicely, in very good condition and there was plenty of storage for food and our clothing. There is a trolley stop in the parking lot right in front of the unit which is nice for getting to the beach (there is very little beach parking available for resort guests, trolley or bikes are a must!). Our only wishes for the week would have been a few food storage containers provided in the kitchen (easily fixed by a trip to the store though!) and better air flow upstairs. There is only one air conditioning unit for both upstairs and downstairs, so upstairs tended to get pretty hot...we had to lower the temp considerably a few hours before bed to cool it off which then made the downstairs very cold. Not a huge issue, lots of beach condos we have stayed in have the same issue and we like having the 2 floors.

Island Time was great as well! Would definitely rent from them again."
