Pursuant to an approved court procedure, and in cooperation with Hunneman, CBRE and the owner who is the debtor in possession, the property will be sold via a sealed bid process that is subject to court approval. The campground is scheduled to open on May 8th and will be offered as a Going Concern. Top Five (5) Bids shall be selected on May 28, 2026 (the "Qualified Bidders"). Final and Best Bids - The Qualified bidders shall submit their final and best bids on May 29, 2026, and the highest and best bid selected will become (the "Successful Bid" and the "Successful Bidder").
