AS PER SELLER: -NO SHOWINGS UNTILNOVEMBER 1, 2020 Unfortunately, we are still trying to get the septic DRAINFIELD repaired. We weren't sure if the County would allow a simple repair without a new survey, and it took a while to hear from them after these last 2 storms, - We just heard the day before yesterday that they will require a new survey, and so we have asked an engineer to get that done asap so we can get started on the repair. - We just had the septic moved further from the ocean 3 weeks before this damage.
