The online-only auction will take place on June 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM with a soft close format. Bidding will open 10 days prior to the auction date, and the opening bid is set at $50,000. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and the property is being sold subject to reserve. The property is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
