Upon walking in you'll be welcomed by the home's bright and light open floor plan. Glass sliders can be found in the dining and living spaces allowing the beautiful Florida sunshine in. The dining area consists of a modern wooden table that comfortably seats six. The nicely updated kitchen is composed of a white tile backsplash, white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, a toaster, drip coffee maker and more. Grab a quick breakfast or snack at the kitchen counter with two bar stools.After a long fun day at the beach or on the water, you'll be ready to kick back and relax in the living room. What to be aware of

- One of the upstairs guest bedrooms is a loft at the top of the spiral staircase. Appointed with two comfy twins, closet space and nightstands.
