This property is only a 5 min walk to the beach, several local restaurants for great seafood and live music, shopping and ice cream, and includes a 4 seater street legal golf cart!

"Blue Pearl" is professionally decorated with custom furniture and a coastal chic attitude. The large kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances and outfitted with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The enormous breakfast bar opens to the spacious living and dining area providing a wonderful gathering space for family and friends. The living room its beautifully decorated in a coastal color palette and includes a 65” wall-mounted Samsung 4K SMART TV with SoundBar, DVD player, high speed internet, and more than 200 channel options. The large dining table provides seating for 10, with additional seating for 5 at the breakfast bar.

The downstairs king master suite is a luxurious retreat including an ensuite with a beautiful walk-in shower, double sinks with granite countertops, a large walk-in closet, and a 55” wall-mounted SMART TV. Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms, (each with 40” wall-mounted TV's) including a 2nd king master suite with custom upholstered bed, private bath, and covered balcony. A 3rd king guest room is just down the hall, sharing a large full bath with the 4th guest room, which has been designed with a cool built-in headboard and lighting that can be configured to suit your preference - either with a king bed or with two, extra-long twin beds. Just let us know which option works best to meet the needs of your family! A separate loft is the perfect place for the kids to play games or watch movies and includes a 55” wall-mounted SMART TV, DVD player and games. The loft's sofa makes a queen bed with a memory foam mattress.

After a great day at the beach, your family will enjoy relaxing by the private pool. The patio area provides seating for dining and soaking up the sun. The brand new, large capacity Weber gas grill is perfect for cooking those memorable family dinners. After dark, the LED pool lighting provides lovely ambience for a relaxing swim or nightcap.

For nature lovers, the trailhead to the Longleaf Greenway is steps away, providing 8 miles of forest trails for jogging, hiking and biking.
