Next to the living space are the DINING AREA and KITCHEN, both open, welcoming spots. The dining table has seating for eight people, while the lustrous peninsula bar has casual seating for five more. Your whole group will love spending time in this large room, which allows for effortless socializing. The appliance suite includes a gas range, spacious refrigerator, wine fridge, dishwasher, and in-drawer microwave, all surrounded by gleaming, custom wood cabinetry, and quartz countertops.

Three of the five bedrooms are located on this main level. The first bedroom is the PRIMARY SUITE and features a king-size bed and a seating area with a large HDTV.
