The home is designed with traditional Mexican architecture, featuring a beautiful boveda ceiling. All 5 bedrooms have private bath. 2 garage spaces and ample off street parking. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, outdoor BBQ. Quality linens provided. 2nd family room is a great game room for DVD players . Wireless internet & laundry room also available. Maximum number of guests is 12. Access the beach across the street from the house. Home is over 3500 square feet, including two family rooms. Kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with all cooking supplies and utensils needed. Internet is available. 2 nights minimum. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay)
For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday. Sleeping Space for 12.

If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
