Check out the great front porch, perfect for watching the sunset streak the Western sky pastel colors. There is a comfortable bedroom on the main floor and a convenient half bath. On the second floor, you will find a private master suite with a spacious, spa-like bathroom that features a garden tub, separate tile shower, granite double vanities and large closets. The third floor features two spacious bedrooms that each offer comfortable beds and private full bathrooms. 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds offer a fun bedroom for kids and teens, comfortable enough for adults too. This house is perfect for pampering yourself for a gulf getaway but is a wonderful set up for a large group of friends or family members.
Arborgate has a community pool and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico's beautiful white sand beaches are just a walk or bike ride down the sidewalk. Public Beach Access 3 is located at the end of River Road and has facilities, but you are close enough to run back to the house if you forget your sunscreen. There is a public kayak launch on River Road so bring your kayak. One of Perdido's favorite waterfront restaurants is located right off of River Road.
