The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster. and granite countertops. There is plenty of room at the dining table which seats 6 in addition to 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The living area features ample seating and a 55" flat screen Smart TV. The Master Bedroom features a King Bed with updated décor and 47” Flat Screen TV. Step out to the balcony and take in the ocean breeze. The en suite bath features a tile surround walk-in shower with bench seat. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with 33” Flat screen TV and en suite bath with tub and shower combo. A sleep sofa is available in the living area if needed. Also provided are free WiFi throughout the residence and a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. This condo is approximately 1,400 SF with a ±271 SF balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf coast. Ocean Villa 2005 offers beach service during peak season (March 15 - October 15) including two beach chairs and an umbrella from the hut on the beach.
