Your Vacation Starts Here! Sapphire Shores is the ideal luxe coastal beach home for your next getaway. Located in Cinnamon Beach, your family and friends will enjoy the open concept layouts, private pool & the amazing sights and sounds on the Atlantic Ocean. Being located near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine & Daytona. Although once you arrive at Sapphire Shores, you may never want to leave.
Once you enter the home, you are immediately at ease in this deluxe space. The 1st level is a perfect entertainment space with a comfortable living room with TV, Trick Shot game, darts & access to the patio/pool & beach. The 1st level entertainment space also offers a sleeper sofa if needed. The laundry room is located on this floor as well.
The 1st floor also hosts a Queen bedroom with TV. The 1st level Full Bathroom with shower/tub combo is right next to this bedroom & convenient for the 1st floor guests hanging out in the common area. The other bedroom on the ground level boasts a bunkbed with Twin Mattress on Top and a Full Mattress on the bottom bunk. This guest room has an attached full bathroom with shower that can also be easily accessed from the patio and pool areas.
You may take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor, which opens up to an expansive open-concept living, dining and kitchen, decorated to be bright & refreshening. Smell the coffee brewing from the Keurig and take a sip. The kitchen is ready for you to make your favorite dishes during your stay. Make mealtime memorable by gathering the whole family around the dining table with incredible ocean views.
From the 2nd floor living room, you can watch the mesmerizing waves or your favorite movies. This area also features a half bathroom for guests. But the true show-stopper is the expansive views from the large balcony overlooking the ocean. This is an ideal spot for the whole family to gather & recharge by the sea.
2 additional guest suites are on this 2nd level. One bedroom presents 2 Twin Beds with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with shower/tub connected to the calming King bedroom with TV.
Ascend the staircase or the elevator to the 3rd floor showcasing two incredible King suites. The Master King Suite draws you in with breathtaking views of the beach. CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
