This nicely decorated 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath Patio home will comfortably accommodate a family of 8 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Queens in the 3rd bedroom. All new mattresses for 2022 season!!!

This lovely spacious home includes a open living room and dining room, the master bedroom and master bath on the same level, a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, 3 TV's, 3 DVD's, free Wifi, a outside shower and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The 2nd floor offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a small Florida room. This home has 2 car parking and is only 0.2 miles to the beach.

If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"All star weekend
We LOVED our stay. We were so sad to leave. The house was perfect for what we needed. We were there for a all star softball tournament and it was the perfect location to the parks and after being outside all day the pool is right out the back door and the beach was a short walk about 2 blocks if that to get down to the beach!!! We can't wit to come back!!!!"

"Great Location
Great location to the pool and the beach. The location on the beach was even less crowded than areas to the north and south where there were lots of high-rise condos. House was clean but could use some updating in the carpets, washer and dryer and kitchen cabinets. Also, the condo needs a sharp knife and a pizza cutter."

"Perfect little get away spot
Wanted a nice place to have my parent's join us for our anniversary get away. And the house was perfect, large master bedroom on the first floor was nice for my parents that are in their late 70's. Property is right next to the pool/spa area and a block from the ocean. Appliances were nice and seamed like they had been updated fairly resent."

Vacation Rental was in a great location but the house was very outdated. Pots and pans broken. The house was not cleaned well. Balls of dust was all over the place. Hair was all over in bathrooms when we arrived. But over all stay was good. "

We arrived for our stay from February, 2022, through March, 2022. The unit was very clean when we go here.If we had any questions throughout our stay concerning the unit, North Beach Realty was very prompt with a response. Again, this was a beautiful unit, like our home, to stay in,,, would book for another winter season. Also, very quiet and not a lot of noise,, loved that!"

"309 Ocean Grove, Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach
The Condo was all that the pictures represented it to be. It was clean and weel maintgained. Two of the kitchen chairs were broken and placed against the back wall to minimize usage. The maintenance people replaced the light in the lamp post, but did not get bright. Refrigerator kept on freezing the food stored in the refrigerator, NOT THE FREEZER. The over temperature was not accurate. Everything else worked properly. We were there for (4) weeks so we found all of the little problems that need addressing to kept the property in an excellent condition. "
