This unit is ideal for couples or families as it comfortably sleeps 6. You can relax in this quiet, family-oriented community that is right across the street from the beach.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day of beachside adventures. The hallway includes twin bunk beds, perfect for additional guests or children. The tastefully furnished living room provides a cozy space with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV for relaxation. The living room also leads to the balcony where you can capture stunning views of the pool, hot tub, and sparkling beach from the balcony, where you can savor your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.

Seahorse Cottage is equipped with all the basic kitchen essentials, ensuring your comfort and convenience throughout your stay. For added convenience, on-site coin laundry facilities are available, making it easy to refresh your beach attire.

Guest access:
Full access to the pool and hot tub area during posted hours, and picnic area including charcoal BBQ pits. There are also full-size washers and driers located under each stairwell (pay per load - accepts credit cards). Miramar Beach, located directly across the street, is public and open for your access anytime! Lifeguard on duty during daylight hours. Beach bar and restaurant just a few steps away.

Other things to note:
The Seahorse Cottage is only steps to the beach and is part of a family-friendly community . All guests are asked to respect all posted rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable vacation for all residents. One parking permit and pool gate key will be provided to rental guests. There is a large fee if the pool key is lost. Vehicles in the parking lot without a parking permit will be towed at the owner's expense. Free parking is available across the street at the beach state park. The Seahorse cottage sleeps 6 individuals. There is a queen size bed with a Stearns and Foster (very comfortable) mattress in the bedroom. The sofa bed in the living area also has a luxury (very comfortable) mattress. The bunk beds in the hall are best suited for young children not older adolescents or adults. There are doors that close between all sleeping areas for privacy.
