When you choose to stay in this 3 BR (Property Management) condo, you'll be located close to everything Miramar Beach is known for and that includes scenic beach roads, surf shops, fabulous restaurants and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Spend the day enjoying Jet Ski rentals, parasailing and many shopping opportunities at one of the nation's largest designer outlet centers, Silver Sands Premium Outlets or head over to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park to enjoy over 40 water attractions and more.
The 3 bedrooms have plenty of sleeping space that can accommodate up to 8 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a huge walk-in closet, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom. After a day of exploring Miramar Beach relax in your living room by watching TV or enjoy a drink or two on your screened patio.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• NO PETS. Any violation of the no pets policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove fur, odors from the unit/house, and/or linens.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund 41 days prior to arrival and no refunds after that
