Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. If the Guest does not pay the Initial Booking Fee on the Booking Date specified above (or within any grace period provided by the Property Manager), the Property Manager may terminate this Agreement without any liability to the Guest. In the event of Guest cancellation after payment of the Initial Booking Fee and/or the Final Balance as specified above, the following refund policy applies: Guests canceling at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, while those canceling at least 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. The Property Manager will process refunds within a reasonable timeframe following the cancellation. The Guest acknowledges the cancellation policy and understands that the Property Manager is not obligated to re-rent the Property.
