New range & microwave and newer refrigerator. New furnishings throughout. Free high speed internet and HD Smart televisions in living area and bedroom. While on the smaller side at 366 sq ft., Surf Song 211 offers a great deal to be at the beach.
Quiet second floor walk up location. Not a beach view, but just steps to Surf Songs heated pool and white sand beach. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
