Centrally located on Longboat Key, Sutton Place offers guest a quiet and relaxing stay. Built in 1972, the community is home to 80 condominiums and townhomes Amenities include two heated swimming pools with one located to the front of the complex, club house with kitchen for community social activities or your private party. Three BBQ areas are located throughout complex, kayak storage and launch are available. There is a gated Gulf Beach pavilion with picnic tables, restroomshot showers, car wash area and lockers for your beach chairs is located across the street.

What to be aware of

- Besides the front door key. There is another key needed to access the two pools on the property, a FOB to allow car access to the private beach and pavilion. There is plenty of parking. Another key for the restrooms at the beach pavilion. All will be on the counter in the townhouse.
