Welcome to charming Buttonwood Bliss located in a beautiful, bayside community on Longboat Key. This two bedroom, two bath condo is just a quick walk to the beautiful gulf waters and glorious sunsets. The community's private dock offers guests their own boat slip. As you walk into your home away from home you will be greeted with direct views of the Sarasota Bay. This comfortable and inviting condo will welcome you as soon as you enter. After a day relaxing on the white sandy beaches, utilize the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you need to prepare an amazing meal. The condo features three barstools at the kitchen counter pass-through, a glass, high-top table for two, and a large white wooden dining table situated in the enclosed sunroom with expansive views of the bay. So, there is plenty of room for everyone to share a meal together.When dinner is over, the cozy white leather couch and oversized armchair and ottoman are there to make you feel relaxed and ready to watch your favorite show on the large HDTV, sit down with a good book, or just cuddle up for a quick nap. This condo also showcases an enclosed and screened sunroom with large sliding glass doors. Open the sliders, pour yourself a late afternoon cocktail or a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the bay breeze and marine wildlife. Four low-rise buildings house 56 2- and 3-bedroom units on Longboat Key. From the moment you arrive, the peaceful sound of the gulf and the fragrance of the salt air will transport you to a vacation state of mind. Picture yourself soaking in the sun on one of the community-provided beach chairs or taking a refreshing dip in the shared pool. *DO NOT PARK on the road, as you risk being towed at owners/renters expense. Park only in designated areas.

Do not tamper with door locks; if your code is not working, give us a call.
*MAXIMUM occupants in the property is the number of guests listed on the reservation.
*All guests need to abide by the “Good Neighbor Policy.” Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. We know you’re on vacation, but the neighborhood has a lot of residents.
*If the property has a pool/hot tub, DO NOT adjust equipment without consent. Pool equipment is very expensive, and guests will be held responsible for damaged equipment. Call for instructions.
*Primary renter must be 25 years of age. Guests under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult on the property at all times.
*No commercial photography or videography allowed of any of our properties without written consent.
*No PETS unless otherwise specified.
*IF ANYTHING BREAKS; we understand accidents happen, let us know so we can make the property whole for the next guests.
