The ground floor features the open-plan living room with log-burning stove, Satellite LED TV and Apple TV, Docking station, and linen sofa. Large window doors open onto shaded lounge terrace with direct access to pool area. There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen and dining area seating 8 persons and a guest bathroom. The kitchen is pre-stocked with cupboard essentials.

On the same level there is bedroom 1 with 1.60m bed and en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and the laundry room (washer/dryer and iron/iron board). Bedroom 2 has a 1.80m bed and en-suite bathroom with hot tub, it gives to a large terrace with sun-loungers, sofa and panoramic views. Bedroom 3 features twin beds (convertible into a King) and en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower . It has access to a private balcony with sitting set and sea views.

The top floor consists of a kitchenette (with coffee machine, mini fridge, sink) and the Bedroom 4 with 1.80m canopy bed and en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower. It gives to a private balcony with sitting set, hot tub with shaded pergola and sun loungers.

Every room is characterized by harmony, comfort and a unique Mediterranean style. Each bedroom is bright and uncluttered, complete with luxurious amenities and fluffy towels.

The outdoor area is one of the villa's assets: private infinity pool and children’s pool, large upper floor terrace offering spectacular views of the sea and the White Mountains, Outdoor Jacuzzi/Hot tub, stylish yet comfortable sun loungers, large dining and sitting area with modern teak framed furniture and stylish fabrics with bright tones and an outdoor gas grill.

The villa is non- smoking indoors, no pets are allowed, is suitable for children, but not wheelchair accessible.
