CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Beautiful 4-206
This was our first experience in a rental. The condo was decorated beautifully and was so functional. It was spacious and comfortable. It was within walking distance to “downtown” shopping and the water. The property here is well maintained and clean. There may be a few to many speed bumps but we understand why. Nice and quiet. Would definitely rent this unit again. "

"Very nice place
This is a lovely, one bedroom condo, very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Is very close to several restaurants and waterfront that you can walk to. This is the perfect condo in the complex. Because it has plenty of landscaping outside the patio and feels private. There are two AC units in case it gets too hot. Loved it. "

"Excellent condition
Very well kept property. It is obvious that this is a new rental as everything is in great condition. New furniture, very comfortable. We were in Hawaii for 2 weeks total so it was nice having a fully stocked kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal (very high cost of living across the whole state!). Also had beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella in the unit available for use. If you are looking to stay near downtown Kailua-Kona then this is a great unit as it is walking distance. Also included a parking spot so we could park our car which we used for beaches more north as well as volcano national park. Definitely recommend. "
