Upon entry, you are welcomed by a large living area that has a great layout. Enjoy the central air conditioning and watch a movie on the 60" flat-screen television in the living room. There is ample seating for you and your guests inside and out on the spacious lanai.

The open layout of this home allows privacy and shareable living space all in one. The kitchen is located off the living room and is fully stocked with all the gadgets for any at-home chef. Keep the chef company at the bar stools and set the dining table for your guests inside or out.

This property has two primary bedrooms on either side of the home. The primary closest to the entry has a king bed and cable television. There is a chest of drawers for you to feel at home as well as a closet. The bathroom has a shower and ample space for all your amenities. This primary can also access the large lanai from the bedroom. Sit out on the lanai and watch the golfers or gaze out into the ocean.

The primary off the living room has a king bed and cable television. You can soak away the sun in your size-able stand-alone bathtub or rinse off in the walk-in shower. Enjoy the ocean view and Kohala Coastline from your bed and the lanai access. You can relax after a long day in the air conditioning, or sit out on the lanai and listen to the birds.

The large lanai allows for access from either primary or the living area. Have dinner outside and watch the sunset from your large private lanai and outside dining table. Stir up some drinks at your outside minibar and soak up the Hawaii life.

This home is fully stocked with beach chairs, a portable cooler, and umbrellas for those beach days. You are 6 miles from Waikoloa Resort and some of the top beaches in Hawaii. The onsite pool is well kept and has two BBQ grills for guest use, as well as shaded seating areas if you want to dine at the pool.

As a guest of this property, you will also have access to the Waikoloa Clubhouse, where you will enjoy discounted resident rates for golf games and more. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Lovely condo in a golf community
The condo was absolutely lovely. We stayed for 15 nights. The view is stunning as advertised. The condo is very well equipped and the pool was always very quiet. Our only complaints are for the chain smoker (with a horrid cough) who lives full time in the unit below. While the owner does not allow smoking in this unit, the complex does allow it as described in the information left in the unit by the management company. Its not nice to be woken up to the smell of cigarettes, nor to have it permeate into every room from sun up to bedtime. The other was the incredible noise that cycled on and off whenever the ground floor unit was occupied. We required ear plugs in order to sleep. We suspect it was the AC unit for the ground floor unit. Otherwise, the condo was fabulous. "

"Stunning Vacation Home in Waikoloa Fairways!
This condo truly is stunning! There are amazing ocean views and views of Maui from everywhere! We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every second! The home was sparkling clean, the furnishings were very nice quality, beautiful, and so comfortable! The home had everything that we needed to prepare great meals and enjoy them on the lanai. The covered lanai is huge and has multiple places to hang out and enjoy the beautiful sunsets! There are so many different birds that visit the property and the golf course, we really enjoyed seeing them all each day! We loved laying by the pool which is very close to the condo and we used the nice clean BBQ grills almost every evening. This location is fabulous, it’s walking distance to groceries and food and a 10-15 minute drive to some of the very best beaches on the island! The property and surrounding community provided a lovely quite space to relax when we were done adventuring each day! We went to all the best farmers markets, swam and snorkeled at all the best beaches, ate way two much delicious food, took drives to see the sights and all the cool little towns, got plenty of sunshine, and enjoyed everything that a good vacation should be from our beautiful home away from home! Communication with the property management company was excellent and checking into the home was simple and straightforward. The property was exactly as we expected from the photos and description, but even more incredible! We would stay here again and again!!!"
