Gorgeous Direct Oceanfront Remodeled Townhome, truly stunning!

Townhome#183 is very special, featuring all one could want in their Vacation Rental. It has two bedrooms & two bathrooms and is configured to accommodate up to 6 guests with a King bed in the ocean-facing bedroom and Queen Sized Bed in the garden bedroom. Large Sofa can sleep up to 2 little ones, or 1 regular sized person. Enjoy a bathroom on each floor. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and the upstairs bath has a tub shower combination.

The Lanai..you can't get any closer to the waters edge! Enjoy outdoor dining at this beautiful unit. A dedicated parking space is just steps away. Being a corner unit, you've got lots of room! We also manage#182 right next door if you want side by side units!!

The kitchen is fully equipped all one could yearn for. Enjoy washer and dryer access as well!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large, newly remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"A Nice Place to Stay
Overall this was a nice place to stay. The layout was nice, the space is perfect for a family of four. The rooms were clean and spacious and having two bathrooms with showers was really nice. The proximity to the ocean is amazing and the perfect place to catch the sunset. The pool area and tennis courts were well-maintained and nice to have.

The unit was nice, and I'd consider staying there again. When we stayed there it was for sale - I felt that it was lacking some of the comforts that we've had elsewhere, and things like the number of glasses in the kitchen were sparse and some items dated. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work and the DIY trays in the freezer were cracked. We also felt the water tasty a bit funky here and missed the water filter we had at another place we stayed. That being said, those aren't issues that we felt we needed to contact management about, and none would necessarily deter us from staying here again. I really think it's the lack of having a current owner putting in some extra love that was missing. We did have the internet go out one day and the property mgmt company was very responsive and helpful.

Typically I don't like staying on the first floor of any place we stay. With the layout here, we didn't have a choice. There was a rod in the window, but there wasn't one for the sliding door (we "made" one using a step stool) and there were no curtains or shades for the sliding door. With the parking spots being numbered, it can be obvious if people are home or not in a unit - we had to make sure everything was out of view of that door.

Being an end unit, and being that there is a great view, we had people outside our unit taking pictures of the ocean now and then - sometimes leaving their items on our outdoor table. We had a teen who would sleep on the couch now and then and I wish there would've been shades here for privacy.

Overall, we had a lovely stay here and I hope a new owner adds some persona"

"Great Townhouse on the Water
Great unit with amazing ocean views, best sunsets, ocean waves crashing sound. Unit is clean and so the pool is. Tropical Landscaping makes area so nice for walking around any time of the day. Knutson was also responsive to any questions. Absolutely would stay again or recommend to friends and family."

"Beautiful View
Enjoyed our visit. Location was nice and quiet. A short drive to shops,restaurants, bars. Also a 10 minute walk up to Keauhou shopping center. Comfortable beds and living-room sofa. Enjoyed mornings eating breakfast on lanai. Gorgeous sunsets every evening from our place. Being close to the pool was nice with BBQ’s right there. Property manager was prompt with a couple of very minor issues. Highly recommend staying there.

"Perfect spot to stay in Paradise
Our family of 4 stayed at this condo in Kona for 8 days and absolutely loved it. It is located in a gated community of a Surf and Racquet club, which is already nice, but the location of this unit is the best on the entire property. The sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking and you are just steps from the water. Hearing the waves crashing with the bedroom windows open at night was so relaxing. The unit has a modern and bright/cherry decor that is inviting with all the basic amenities in the kitchen and laundry for your stay. I would recommend a bigger/newer coffee pot because we had to brew 3 or 4 of the mini pots per day for the 3 coffee drinkers in our family, but not a problem at all, just a suggestion. The management company is helpful and professional in their communication asking if we needed anything, which was appreciated. I have already recommended this space to friends and family looking to visit the big island. If you book here, I think you will be so pleased!"

"Gorgeous Townhouse, Close to Everything in Complex
This condo has been beautifully remodeled and is well situated - right on the water, right across from the pool and next to the tennis courts. Our ONLY complaint was that the condo is not air conditioned and even with all the windows open, 3 portable fans and 3 ceiling fans, we found it quite warm. The unit is very bright and airy but the sun does keep it warm. Granted, we were here in the hottest time of year. Beautifully furnished, appreciated the beach chairs! Property just transitioned to management by Knutson & Assoc and they were very prompt in resolving our lack of beach towels. Would have appreciated a starter supply of coffee/sugar/creamer and perhaps some condiments."
