Kona Coast Resort #2-201 is a beautifully maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has all of the amazing amenities of a 5-Star Resort! You are able to enjoy the two Swimming Pools (one “family” pool with a children's pool and one quiet spa pool), three Jacuzzis, on-site Restaurant, a Sauna, playground, Tennis courts, Volleyball, and an ocean view Fitness Center!

**The quiet pool at Kona Coast Resort will be closed From March 18th 2024 - April 29th 2024. The main pool will be OPEN still. The quiet pool will be closed due to tile replacement and re-plastering of the pool. The quiet pool is scheduled to reopen April 29th 2024. Work for the pool will be done on Monday-Friday hours of 9AM-5PM. **

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

The property was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The grounds at the resort are very well kept and beautiful. The rental was clean and exactly the way the pictures presented it. The kitchen os fully stocked with anything you my need and lots of towels for bathing and to take to the beach! The patio is shaded and great for eating we ate every meal on the patio. I would definitely rent this place again if I go back to Hawaii! The location is quiet and is great for all families."

"Spacious unit! Mostly quiet!
Stayed with another couple. Unit is large and there’s plenty of room for 4 people. It’s an end unit overlooking the gold course. Management was very responsive when we had questions and the unit was well stocked. The beach umbrella was a nice touch. Quiet and peaceful until about 2am (EVERY DAY) when a very misguided rooster started crowing and didn’t stop till the sun came up. Then on Saturday at 5:30 am mowing of the golf course started. This is by no means under the control of the property manager or owner. However, it is important for a light sleeper to know.

"An Unexpected Adventure
We started our stay at the Sea Village in mid=January, however, a condo over ours developed a leak that saturated our kitchen ceiling and caused a flood on the floor. To my disappointment we could not stay in the condo.
The real story is about how expertly this emergency was handled by Knutson's Realty. Blake was called early on a Sunday morning by a number of people to determine what needed to be done. Despite the early hour he immediately started working with us on various options. In January there really are very few, if any, properties that have an oceanfront view like we had to vacate. Despite this, Blake took immediate action to come up with a suitable plan. Ultimately, he had us meet with Claire at the Kona Coast Resort where there was a (huge) 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo. This condo was in a delightful resort area with swimming pools and cafe/bar. The condo we stayed in was in 2201. It was very clean, well stocked including those things you really don't want to buy on vacation like spices, paper products, and cleaners. The bedrooms were large and each had a full bathroom. This was great for our group. The lanai was covered and the width of of the living room and bedroom. It had great outdoor furniture and a BBQ. There are picnic tables around the property with BBQs if you prefer. The condo was close to shopping and groceries.
The only downside to this property was the location. It adjacent to Alii Drive. It is great for walking and close the the snorkeling park. There are times of the day that you will hear traffic from the room. A/C was available but we did not need to use it. We did not use it and we were comfortable with overhead fans and open windows.
