Keauhou Punahele #B-107 is a beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with approximately 1200 interior sq feet. It sits right on Keauhou Country Club golf course. Enjoy an expansive lanai that reaches from living room to the master bedroom. It's equipped with patio furniture, a private gas grill and roll down sun shades to keep the unit cool.

You'll take 1 set of stairs down to the Ground Level from the parking area and when you enter into Unit#B-107, there's a spacious living room with a plenty of seating space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need!

The Master bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom, King Sized Bed, walk in closet, nicely remodeled vanity sink and a large walk in remodeled shower!

The Guest bedroom hosts a Queen Sized Bed. It does have its own Guest bathroom with a walk in shower as well! The property is equipped with it's own full size washer & dryer!

You truly feel like you're in your own world in this very private and & very quiet Keauhou Punahele garden level condo. Keauhou Punahele has a tropical styled pool, spa and pavilion area! CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Great Condo
We enjoyed our stay and want to return to the same condo next year. We would recommend this unit and this condo complex. Last year we stayed in the same complex. Very quiet, nice pool, beautifully kept grounds.
We stay for a month, so I’d like a swifter and pads that go along with it so I could clean the floors. We love going to Coffee Shack, Lava Java, for breakfast, Gypsy Gelato up the hill. Of course, whale watching and snorkeling are the best on this island."

"Big Island First Timers
The condo was well situated, easy to get to and see everything on the Big Island. The management company was very helpful and made it easy to access the condo, as well as provide contact information in the event we needed assistance. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed, perfect for four adults. We had great views of the pool and grounds , and beautiful sunset views. The furniture did need cleaning, which was being done after we left. As well, the bed mattresses are getting a little tired and soft, and should possibly be replaced in the not to distant future. All and all, we had a great stay here and would not hesitate to go back or recommend the unit to others."

"Perfect stay in paradise.
The condo in Keauhou Punahele was the perfect location to stay for our annual trip to the Big Island. The condo is well situated to provide a quiet sanctuary nestled next to the Kona Country Club. But close enough to the Keahou Shopping Center and only minutes from Kailua. The unit is well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Very spacious for the 3 of us. Can't say enough for the cleaning crew, they provided us with a spotless condo upon arrival. Our only complaint would be that we had to leave. But we will be back! "

"Big Island Punahele
Vacation rental was 1970s construction with poorly updated craftsmanship used over the years. We had previously stayed there 20+ years ago and it was in better repair then. Overall it was adequately appointed with mismatched silverware/dining ware and well used pots and pans, but still serviceable. The most unsettling problems was the cockroaches, lots of cockroaches. I am sure in Hawaii it is a difficult problem being a hot wet environment. The beds were well worn and lumpy, lanai showed it age as well. In the inflated post COVID pricing this seemed overpriced for the condition. In the end we had a good time, who can't on the big island. Hopefully pricing will reduce back to a more reasonable price for non water front vacation rentals and the owners will find better contractors to accomplish future upgrades."

"Old Unit - Good Location
Stayed for 10 days in April 2022. This unit is a lower level unit and does not have AC. The owner has supplied 2 minimal floor fans. The bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans. Despite the mild temperatures, the fans did not keep the unit ventilated or cool the air at all. If you want to sleep with the sliders open, you take the chance of an unwelcome visitor. The heat inside the unit was very uncomfortable, even with all fans running. In addition, there was an infestation of **** roaches. While I am very familiar with the tropical location and that insects are a "normal" part of life here (we have family who lives on the island) - I have never seen this type of cockroach infestation in any that I have ever stayed on in Hawaii anywhere. The unit itself is dated and needs to have the beds refreshed. I think they found the king size bed on the side of the road somewhere and brought it into this unit. It was very old and very used. The complex is nice, but this unit needs a lot of work to justify us staying here again. "
