Glossy wood floors lead right into the open KITCHEN and DINING AREA, with a formal table with seating for eight and casual bar stools with seating for four. A massive center island holds the farmhouse sink and premier dishwasher. Pristine white quartz countertops provide plenty of workspace while the custom, double-stack cabinets allow for tons of storage. The exquisite suite of appliances includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator, an in-drawer microwave, and a double gas range with a custom vent hood.

Down the hallway lies the first GUEST BEDROOM SUITE, with a heavenly king-size bed set against a classic shiplap wall and facing the large HDTV. In the ENSUITE BATHROOM, there’s a double vanity and an enormous, glass-enclosed step-in shower with multiple shower heads. Also on this main level is a POWDER ROOM.

Climb the stairs to the second floor, where the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE features a king-size bed sitting underneath gorgeous exposed wood beams. This peaceful space includes a sitting area with a fireplace, a large HDTV, and a stunning ENSUITE BATHROOM with a soaking tub, double vanity, and a step-in shower.
