Brand new Remodel Direct oceanfront, 3 bedroom, 2 bath and sleeps 8. My wife and I also own three other very similar direct oceanfront three bedroom two bath condos. All condominiums have elevators and are handicap accessible. We offer Minivans that are located at Tampa international airport and Saint Petersburg/Clearwater airport (Pie) for you use during your stay. Airports located in under 30 minutes away from Condominium. We do allow small pets under 30 pounds non shedding in two of our places. Only Saturday to Saturday rentals are available. We provide all linens sheets, towels, soaps. We offer full size, washer, and dryer, private parking, heated pool and hot tub. Stainless steel appliances, ice machine, and all kitchen utensils included. Restaurant and bar located across the street along with local bus pick up. Shopping and grocery stores located less than 10 minutes from Condominium.

Local restaurants within walking distance Bike path walking path. Busch Gardens, amusement park located 50 minutes away Disney an hour and 20 minutes away along with Universal Studios.

We only allow Saturday to Saturday rentals check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM. Upon leaving we ask the guest to please empty the garbage can, fill the dishwasher and get it started and please strip the sheets and get a load of towels or sheets started for cleaning.

John’s pass is located less than 10 minutes from the condominium where you can rent jet skis go on dolphin tours, and they have various pirate ship cruises or many different tour. Also, John’s pass offers many shopping amenities with local shops and multiple restaurants located on the waterway. You could also head to Clear Water, which is under 15 minutes away and also get many tours, JetSki rentals, etc. sailboat tours etc. Also, Busch Gardens is located less than 15 minutes away or Disney and Universal Studios is located an hour and 20 minutes from the Condominium.
Things To Do in Indian Shores
You can head down the street to smugglers Cove miniature golf and feed the alligators. Ice cream shops are located within walking distance. Busch Gardens is located 50 minutes away. You can rent scooters, kayaks, bicycles, pontoon boats directly across the street.
