This newly renovated Ocean House II, Unit 2802 in Gulf Shores, AL is the perfect vacation rental for your next getaway. Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony, or take a dip in the shared pool. Take the elevator up to your own private lobby area as each unit is on its own private floor. Once inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full sized beds and a full bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also features a washer and dryer, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
