Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. "Nice beach!
It was fine. We had a plumbing problem with toilets not flushing first night but they promptly came and fixed next morning. The kuerig did not work so they brought up a new one on 3rd day. The living tv could not be controlled with volume button so it was set at one volume. There was Roku but no way to connect to it and no Roku remote so didn’t use that tv. "

"Vacation
Place was nice, but work on a broken elevator was so loud outside our condo. Also people who paid or tipped the chair boys were put on first row while the rest were put on back row even if we got to the beach first. So money really does talk. I was specifically told this by one of the boys. Also people who didn’t even have chairs could buy them and they also were put on front row. Very disappointed �� "

Absolutely beautiful location! We went from snow and rain in Maine to lovely warm weather.There was heavy surf to help us unwind, is there a more calming sound? Condo had everything we could ask for. Ft Walden has great dining options."

"Not to happy
dryer did not dry well at all, it took 4 times of drying before 1 load of clothes were actually dry. Pot holders were nasty with old dried food as well as the chip clips. Refrigerator did not cool well, a maintance man even came to check on it and said it was fine. My husband has a company that specializes in refrigerators and knew the guy was full of pooh, we used our own equipment to test it. The master bed room smelt like animal urin. I did like the location but that was about it"

"Over All Ok
the 2nd bathroom floor wasn't clean, still had hair on it, the door in the kitchen wasn't clean at all, very dusty and had food spills on it. View was great, it was comfortable, and had plenty of kitchen things to work with. The staff of the management company was great, refunded the cleaning deposit. The dolphin trip was booked the whole time we were there so could't take advantage of that, as they only had one boat. Other thing is you only get one free ticket per night, so your group can't go together...who wants to alone, no sense there. Over all it was ok, however would probably not stay again."

"old, worn and mildew smell!
We liked the location but the condo had a mildew smell when we walked in and everything was worn and dated. We paid prime rental fee and was very disappointed. Shared concern with Brooks and Shorey and they said they could not control the condition of the condo. They never offered to adjust the price. Remote was not working and they were supposed to fix but no one ever came. Wallpaper and carpet was worn with carpet tacts showing and which my toes painfully found.Floors were not clean."

"Great choice...
We loved the space in Surf Dweller...you could actually move around in the bedrooms and living areas...very important to us. The sofas were a quite old and somewhat uncomfortable to sit on due to beading up etc. Owner may want to consider recovering or getting new ones in the future. The beds were very comfortable, got good rest each night. LOVED the view and the large balcony...PERFECT! Kitchen was well-stocked, pool area was just right for us. There were were several hairs in the bathroom tubs which was a bit gross. Overall our family had a wonderful experience and would choose this place again."

"Good time but could have been better
This particular room had a problem with the door lock,B & S did try to fix it best they could but owner needs to replace door. Pretty ugly water damage on ceiling in main bathroom, some kilz would fix. Supposed to be a non smoking unit but when you walk in there is a smell of some sort. Sprayed febreeze for five days but it didn't fix the smell. Corner unit but can't see out side double paned window since it is broke, cloudy and water filled. Nice size unit but owner needs to make some repairs. For the money spent,not sure it was the best choice this time. Pictures online don't show this kind of stuff."
