Chateau La Mer 16E is right across the street from the beach! You will enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from your cozy, private second floor balcony that has a unique staircase to the ground floor for quicker access to the beach! This unit has lovely angled ceilings and has been professionally updated and feels spacious and accommodating.
The master bedroom offers a large coastal king bed and access through double doors to the private balcony. The master bath has fine travertine tiled walk in shower and a single vanity. The second and third bedrooms offer queen beds and a shared bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combination. You will find all the comforts of home in the kitchen with a full compliment of dishes, silverware, and cookware to prepare meals as you wish with full size stainless appliances. The living room compliments the view with plenty of comfortable seating featuring two sofas in front of the fireplace, two separate dining tables, and access to the sliding glass doors to the balcony with the grand view! - Cancellation(s) for daily/weekly guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a cancellation fee of one night’s rent + admin fee + plus tax. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.
