Are you ready to rest, restore, and renew? Then Sea Haven is the place for you! Created for families, couples, and individuals to have a place of peace and comfort to "just breathe", escape the daily grind, and have fun making some great new memories together! This end unit 3 bed/3 bath townhouse in Aruba Bay Resort has everything you could need and sleeps up to 12 people in comfort. The downstairs is “handi-capable”. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to relax in addition to a private back patio or open front patio to sit and enjoy the inviting outdoors. The storage closet out back has numerous beach items for fun in the sun. This unit also has exterior security cameras. The amazing kitchen has granite counters, upgraded stainless range and whisper-quiet dw, and all the kitchen essentials to make the home chef happy including coffee bar items such as a pour-over, French press, frother and more! The Master bedroom includes a desk for the remote worker. Throughout this home are upgraded electrical outlets with USB charging capability. Along with standard cable, the Roku TVs have multi-media input capability and guest mode to allow utilizing your own subscription streaming services.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
