The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to gather while planning your day or relaxing in the evening. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and all the dishes, pots, pans, and essentials to make a fantastic meal. After a day of fun in the sun, you will sleep like a baby on the Tuft & Needle Mint mattresses. The outdoor patio, decked out with string lights and artificial turf, is the perfect spot to start or end your day as you relax with "Tina" the turtle. Turtle-licious has everything, including the sounds of the surf right outside your door!

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS / WEIGHT LIMIT OF 30LBS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
