The beach boardwalk is just a short walk from the house. The private pool area is perfect for swimming and grilling after a long day at the beach. The ground floor is a great floor for the kids to have their own space. There is a bunk bedroom with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer plus a half bath. In addition, each bedroom has their own TV. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. 1 queen bedroom has its own private deck with a great ocean view and ensuite bathroom. The kids' bunk room has a twin-size bed over a full-size bed with a trundle bed underneath. There is a second queen bedroom with its own deck with a view too. The last bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen bedroom and shares a bathroom with the bunk bedroom. The top floor has amazing ocean views from the living room and kitchen. This floor has an open floor plan, and the living, dining and kitchen are all open for great gatherings. The primary suite has a king bed with its own private deck with an ocean view and large primary closet and private bathroom. There is a large dining table and kitchen bar area with bar stools. The living room has a leather sleeper sofa to offer additional sleeping for two. The kitchen provides everything you need during your stay including a large well stocked pantry. The views are amazing from the living and kitchen area. In addition, there is a half bath on this floor. Sorry, no pets allowed.
