Cancellations 30 days to 60 days from date of check-in: If Guest cancels from 30 to 60 days from scheduled arrival date. Guest will forfeit 25% of the total reservation cost and will be refunded remainder of amount paid to (Property Management).

"Cocoa Beach Spring Break
We had a great time on our vacation. The rental is right on the beach. It is very convenient. The pool was very nice also. The rental had most everything we needed or wanted for the beach, so we didn’t need to buy anything. We watched SoaceX rocket launch right from the balcony. We would definitely contact them again if we are to go back to Cocoa Beach. "

"Enjoyed our Vacation
This is the second time we have stayed at Sandcastles and we love the location as it is on the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Our room was comfortable but needs updating. Kitchen items need to be bought or updated. (towels, cookie sheet, strainer, new mugs, new bowls, mop, etc) We purchsed some of these items ourselves. We did meet the manager, Cathy, who was extremely helpful!!!"

"Cocoa Beach
Short walk to beach. Took my granddaughter and her friend. They both enjoyed the beach and the pool. We were close to the pier and downtown. Very nice location and enjoyed our stay. "

"Many frustrations but great location
During our stay, the fridge had issues. Cathy was responsive and brought a mini fridge. But... that one froze all of our food. The bathrooms are in dire need of a thorough clean.
The 7th floor was amazing to watch sunrises and sunsets, but we often had to be inside because the people below us smoked from morning until night, filling our balcony with cigarette smoke. We had a great view for the shuttle launch, though.
Finally, the concrete work. If I had known there would be people working outside the building, I wouldn't have booked this location. It was loud.
We couldn't have asked for a better location the beach and with a pool. The condo did have supplies needed for the kitchen. There were some towels- but we also left 4 more. "

"Unit 701
Overall the unit was nice and fit our needs. Very limited supplies unlike what was listed. Very few towels (both beach and bath), a few beach toys (most were broken) and umbrella was broken. Closet door was off the track which we fixed when we got there. Bathroom drawer was broken as well as the towel rack. Unit was clean and had plenty of cooking utensils and pans. We ended up staying during a time that construction was going on which made it unsettling when having to walk to and from the elevator. They were working on each floors concrete and had them held up with poles, we were on the 7th floor ��. When we were in Cocoa Beach last year we stayed in a different until and will probably try to get that one again for next year, it had everything and plenty of supplies. "

"Great views
Our unit was a older condo But beautiful decorated and super CLEAN!! The ocean views was fantastic and a great view of launh pad for Kennedy space center. Unfortunately there were no rocket launches our stay. Did see a few cruise ships pass by. It was nice quiet and relaxing. Perfect time of year to visit."

"A great place to stay!
Such a beautiful condo with plenty of space. Despite what others had to say in reviews I read, the beds were just fine. Everyone got a great nights sleep. There are plenty of attractions close by: Disney, Sea Word, Crayola, Ripleys and more. The only suggestions I would personally like to make for the Condo is that the let people know they have a pack-n-play, stroller, and high chair in the room. Maybe a better guide to working the TV but other than that one minor set back (and we figured it out), it was a perfect place to stay. "

"Wonderful vacation!
The stay at Sandcastles 701 was a perfect vacation. The pictures on the website, including the virtual tour, accurately showed the unit and its surroundings. The reservation process was smooth and handled promptly. Everything was laid out clearly in messages, which resulted in no need to question things along the way. The unit had everything we needed to have a home away from home experience, only having to purchase those things we needed to use for the week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again in the future. "

"Quiet spot
Enjoyed our week stay. Kitchen appliances weren't in good shape. Refrigerator door shelves were missing, dishwasher did not work, and blenders were cracked. Also, there were only 4 forks in the kitchen. Appreciate d that there were lots of beach towels, toys, and other beach gear available for use. Full size washer and dryer were a plus. We were able to watch a rocket launch from our balcony our first evening at the rental."

"Sandcastles 701 June 2020 Review
Daniel and team were wonderful to work with! The location of the condo to the beach was perfect! Only issues we had with the location is the pool was only open from 10-5 and you basically got spoken to about doing anything other than floating. No balls in the pool, no diving, no jumping - I felt like a little kid who was in trouble for everything. The bed in the main bedroom seems to be broken, it squeaked loudly every time you moved and felt very sunken in. "

"A Beautiful View
The location was perfection! The view from the balcony was great! We could see the ocean as well as the rocket launch which was the purpose of our visit. Cocoa Beach was nice and there were a lot of things to offer in the area. The unit itself was described as recently updated. Although it was difficult to see where these upgrades were. Several of the drawers were broken and nearly falling out (spare bathroom and kitchen), the dryer was very ineffecient (took over 2 hours to dry small loads of clothing), and there was sand everywhere when we arrived including on top of the comforter and in the sheets. So we had to rewash everything when we got there which took a very, very long time to due to the dryer. It was humid in the unit the whole time even with the AC unit running and so our bath and beach never dried. From talking to other owners in the unit this is a unit issue not a complex issue. The dryer and AC need to be upgraded. We had a very nice stay for what we paid for a last minute trip but without a few more upgrades to the unit it would not have been worth the full price asking. This isn't a major thing but and easy fix. There were only 1 or 2 plastic cups available. Even the adults were uneasy about having glass on the balcony and we had two older kids with us but would have preferred plastic wear. On a definite postitive note, the beds and bedding were SUPER comfortable! "
