The condo is updated however-the dishwasher was difficult due to broken racks and we expected it to be more throughly cleaned . Water pressure was poor & the double bed bedroom needed a dresser.

"A Real Gem
This very comfortable oceanfront condo is in a quiet residential area, yet very close to retail areas. We loved walking on the beach. From the balcony we could see cruise ships on their way out to sea, and viewing rocket launches from the beach was amazing! We will definitely return. "

"The BEST vaca ever
This is a beautifully remodeled condo. We LOVED it! I brought my kids. Every bedroom has a TV which was great! The view from every room and the patio could not be beat. We loved that it was only two story condo. We walked to the alligator zoo. We walked to dunkan doughnuts. We walkes to the pier every day. The airport was only an hour away. We watched a rocket launch from the patio. The beach was 10 steps away. The residents take great care ofthe property. We went deep sea fishing and caught so many fish we fed many neighbors. I would love to come back and i would defiantly stay here again. The cleaning manager even text me a pick of the stuff we forgot. Cocoa beach is my ♥♥♥ thank you for an amazing time and a family trip of a lifetime. "

This spot on the map was a great find. The beach was not crowded, but just a bit walk North of the Pier if one wanted to join in the fun. I enjoyed the spacious layout and amenities inside the Condo. Very well appointed. "

"Thanksgiving Vacation in Paradise
My family and I stayed in Richard Arms unit 21 over thanksgiving break and for my Hubbys 40th bday and it was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in another unit in this complex and I must say this one is by far the best. The views of the ocean from your private balcony are breathtaking. Nothing is better than waking up drinking coffee watching the dolphins swim every morning. The unit is very large with 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The unit has a separate closet filled with all sorts of fun things like boogie boards, fishing poles, Chairs and beach toys which sadly we found the last day of our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, and they even have a really nice Keurig coffee maker. The outside lower patio has tables and chairs for sitting and a Charcoal grill for cooking which we loved. Also, the patio is where the shower is at for after a long day of hitting the waves you are able to come clean the sand off, which the beach is steps away from the unit and to us you can't get any better than that. The owners are very kind and answered all our questions at a very timely manner. We recommend doing a helicopter ride and up the road is Gator Golf for after the long days on the beach. Highly recommend checking out the Pier as well it's a great place to catch a bite to eat and watch the surfers. Overall, we loved the unit and will definitely be back for our next beach adventure."

This gem is perfect for any who want to be on the beach. Cheryl was very responsive with any questions/concerns I had and ensured I had a very pleasant experience. The place is as pictured so you can rest assured knowing of you rent this condo, it will look like the photos. The beds are also very comfortable. Looking forward to my next trip! "

"Our Very Favorite Place
Staying in this condo is EVERYTHING ! Beautiful three bedroom, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, but most of all the most BEAUTIFUL VIEW !! We love this complex so much that this was our fourth stay here. It’s small, only two stories with 22 units, and no pool; that keeps it extremely quiet. The owners here are extremely friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the area. The neighborhood is quaint and very laid back; just a perfect place to stay. We stayed two weeks this trip and it wasn’t enough. We cannot wait for next year to enjoy this absolutely amazing condo. "

"CoCoa Beach Get-Away
We had a wonderful time at the condo. Location was perfect, right off the beach. Accommodations were as advertised. Facilities were modern, clean and well-maintained. Only suggestion we have is to fix the hot/cold water faucets in the Hall Bath - their position was a bit confusing to regulate water temperature.
Location of the condo was close to dining, shopping,activities and the Kennedy Space Center. "

"WOULD DEF STAY HERE AGAIN!
We did a bit of a Florida experience starting at Universal, spending a day at Discovery Cove and then the last 4 or 5 at this rental property. First, I love VRBO...I don't love every VRBO I've stayed at but this place was AWESOME and if we do another trip to this area, I'll definitely try to get this place again. Beautiful unit, enough comfy space for my 2 kids, us parents and my older parents who were able to come spend time with us. The unit had boogie boards, volleyballs ( we bought a $20 car plug air pump to add air and will keep with us) chairs, beach towels, fishing pole, toys....everything we would need readily available and we used it all!!! Amazing ocean views and sounds from every room. Easy walk to the beach which was great for my 75 year old parents! Updated beautiful home ( other owners told us we had the best unit.) Amazingly responsive staff and we were able to extend our stay a day since we loved it so much. Books to read and games to play in unit. Little charcoal grill we used. Beach walks daily, trip to end of pier which had really good food and we did bike and surf board rentals at Ron Jon which was unbelievably reasonably priced. Except my parents, we all got up on these surfboards with the help of a ten minute youtube video and kind old time surfers that were next to us and area regulars. A great family trip we all agreed we'd do again-hopefully staying in this unit! "

Wow... is all I can say! Really nicely decorated 3 bedroom condo with direct beach access steps from your door! The condo was loaded with everything and anything we needed. Even beach toys and chairs! My grandson kept asking when we were going to take him to the ocean again and this was a dream come true for him. The property managers were great! "

"Picturesque Panoramic Paradise
We had a wonderful long weekend. The location is so relaxing yet still convenient to all attractions. Unit 21 is beautifully designed and decorated. There are books, games and movies provided for what ever you desire. Everybody in the complex were friendly and helpful, from the cleaning crews to the neighbors and other renters. Only challenge is parking, as there is only one space per unit, but that is easily worked out. We will return for sure. "

We stayed here with our 5 kids (13-20), and we all enjoyed our time here. Great view of ocean, easy walk to beach. The pier is about a 15 min walk along the beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching ships and even had a night of stormy weather, the lightning show was amazing over the ocean(watching safely from condo). If you wake up early, the sunrise is beautiful over the ocean. Take a cup of coffee and sit on deck and watch the sunrise. A couple of the mornings we even saw Dolphins swimming at sunrise too. "

We loved staying here! Great location! Clean and updated condo. We had space for everyone and enjoyed being able to be so close to the beach! The closet of beach toys/chairs was perfect for our kids to grab and take to the beach. We loved the views from every room of the beach and would spend a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the waves. The management was very helpful when questions arose as well. We will be back to stay here again! "
