|This large beautiful oceanfront single family home is great for a large family who is looking for an elegant vacation on the sand. The patio on the sand has concrete and brick, with several nice lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, and a beautiful patio table seating six, and a large market umbrella for protection from the sun’s rays and a gas BBQ so that the “Grill master” can grill up a feast. There is a lovely rose garden where you can relax and enjoy a book.
The kitchen area has sliding glass doors opening out to the patio, with beautiful views of the sand and surf. The kitchen was recently updated with quartzite stone countertops, stone backsplash, a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. The kitchen also has a double refrigerator, a new pull trash drawer and dishwasher. A TV sits in the cabinetry for viewing from the new kitchen table, which seats six. Beyond the foyer is one bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom.
As you ascend the staircase there is a master bedroom on the oceanfront with a beautiful sitting room, a fireplace, and wall-mounted flat panel TV atop to keep you both entertained and warm on cool summer nights. The furniture is well suited to the space. There is an extensive master bathroom with a new travertine stone shower with new plumbing fixtures. A sundeck off the master bedroom is perfect for spending an afternoon sheltered from the wind, but warmed by the sun. The new sliding glass doors and the glass atrium have been tinted to reduce the heat and glare. The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed with twin trundle and full bathroom. A family room on the seashore side of the property has a large curved sofa, big screen TV, wet bar, and dining area, with chandelier and vaulted ceilings, perfect for the whole family to gather.
There is a 3 car garage, and non-coin operated washer and dryer provided.

Reservations. All reservations are to be completed and verified by phone and are not final until authorized by Burr White Realty. PLEASE CALL. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax, e-mail or mail, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by us shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit the deposits held by us as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00].
