Our log cabin sits on 40 acres, part of a conservation easement protected by the Aspen Valley Land Trust. Yet we’re just 5 miles from the shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences of downtown Glenwood Springs!
INSIDE THE CABIN
This family-friendly property boasts multiple living areas including a formal living area with a fireplace and a rec room with a pool table, a kitchenette, and 60” flat-screen TV.
On the first floor, find a foodie’s paradise: make masterpieces in the gourmet eat-in kitchen with a stainless steel Viking gas stove, Sub Zero fridge, dishwasher, and a table for 6. You’ll also find all the cookware and dishes you need to cook for the group. A second dining table seats 12 just beyond in this open-concept space. Beamed ceilings and warm hardwoods remind you that this is a true luxury log cabin!
Or take the meal outside: A covered dining patio has seating for 11 and a full mountain view to beat any mountainside restaurant.
There are 7 bedrooms total, many of them with bathrooms attached, plus additional sleeping space in the rec room. We list the home as having 6.5 bedrooms, because 1 bedroom doesn't have a window. These bedrooms include:

Glenwood Springs is a beautiful mountain town with access to some of the best skiing in the world. We get more than our fair share of celebrity sightings (most recently George Clooney!), because we’re on the way to Aspen…and because we’re just that cool!
The house is within a 5-minute drive of Sunlight Mountain Ski Resort for family-friendly ski slopes (it’s our family’s favorite place to ski). Also within a short drive is White River National Forest and nearly unlimited recreational activities, from white water rafting to mountain biking to world-class fly-fishing.
Glenwood Hot Springs is only a 10-minute drive away, as is Glenwood Caverns & Amusement Park (both are open year-round). Purchase the Winter Fun Pass for just $31 per person and get a round-trip ride on the Iron Mountain Tramway (or a bus in inclement weather), a 70-minute guided Cave Tour, and unlimited access to the Alpine Coaster, 4D Motion Theater and Laser Tag Arena. Add lunch at the Lookout Grille for a little extra.

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
