This home has a lower (3-bedroom 2 bath) unit downstairs (NB-4005A) and a 5-bedroom 3-bath unit (this one) upstairs. These homes can be rented separately or together depending upon what works best for you. This upstairs home offers its own private entrance from an outside staircase.
Centrally located within easy access to all of the Orange County must-sees, you can go sightseeing by day, or enjoy all sorts of water sports on the ocean, and come back to sunset at the beach with a nice glass of wine and whale watching right in your front yard.
Indoors you will find yourself surrounded by quality linens, state-of-the-art amenities, and upscale décor. However the breathtaking ocean views will captivate all of your attention. This property features flat screen TVs and full service amenities.
Enter the home and find yourself in the great room with a living area with lots of comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The dining area sports a table for 6 and there is a breakfast bar with 3 high-top stools so everyone can eat together.
The thoroughly modern kitchen has everything to meet your culinary needs – lots of counter space and storage, and modern large and small appliances. All you need to do is add the food and the camaraderie.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a ¾ en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed and a ¾ ensuite bath as well. The 2rd guest bedroom has two twin beds, the 3rd guest bedroom has a double bed and the 4th guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a single bed on top and a double bed on the bottom.
There is a shared full bath for all the guest bedrooms. And of course all bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with quality linens for your ultimate comfort. This home sleeps 11 comfortably.

There is garage parking for 1 car. All other parking is street parking.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This is one single property that is separated for rental by first floor (3beds/2baths) and second floor (5beds/3baths) with private entrance for each unit. The whole house can be rented for large families.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
