It has a lower (3-bedroom 2 bath) unit downstairs (this one) and a 5-bedroom 3-bath unit (NB-4005B) upstairs. These homes can be rented separately or together depending upon what works best for you.
With a patio on the bottom floor and a balcony on the top floor you have “the sweeping ocean” view aspect of your vacation covered. A fire pit, lounge chairs, and barbecue round out the outdoor amenities truly making living on at the beach come alive!
Centrally located within easy-access to all of the Orange County must-sees, you can go sightseeing by day, or enjoy all sorts of water sports on the ocean, and come back to sunset at the beach with a nice glass of wine and whale watching right in your front yard.
This 1st floor 3-bedroom 2-bath Newport Beach gem surrounds you with state of the art amenities and upscale décor. However, the breathtaking ocean views will likely captivate all of your attention.
There are also numerous ways to keep entertained indoors whether it be playing a game of pool on the billiards table, enjoying a movie on the large flat screen TV, or just basking in the sun.

This is the lower unit of this beautiful home featuring 3 bedrooms. This home has 1 parking space in the garage; all other parking is street parking.
There is a laundry in the garage that is shared by both the lower and upper units.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
This home, like many others by the beach, does NOT have air conditioning.
This is one single property that is separated for rental by first floor (3beds/2baths) and second floor (5beds/3baths) with private entrance for each unit. The entire house is available for large families.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
