This top level (third floor) corner unit is located in a condo community right on the Boardwalk and features a sun filled living room with ocean views to the north and to the west, a 46”flat screen TV, and comfortable seating for up to five guests.
The great room also has a fully equipped kitchen for all of your culinary needs including a breakfast bar for two. A dining area, with seating for five, also has an ocean view to bask in while you are dining. There is also a wonderful outside patio perfect for al fresco dining for five anytime.
Enjoy waking up to unobstructed white water views through the oversize windows in the queen master bedroom with a large flat screen TV and an ensuite powder room with a vanity.
The second bedroom also has a flat screen TV and features two twin beds and an inflatable air mattress so this home comfortably sleeps five.

It is very private as you are on the third floor on the corner so you can enjoy unobstructed panoramic beach, ocean, and sunset views from several rooms, as well as from the oceanfront patio.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This complex does not allow gas or charcoal barbecues.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
