A kitchen bar with several high top stools and a nearby dining area that seats 8 allows everyone to eat together.
There are 4 bright cheerful bedrooms – 3 of the bedrooms have private French doors that open out onto the pool deck.
The king master bedroom has direct access to the pool, a large flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet and a full en suite bath with his and her sinks, a large jetted bathtub, and a large, elegant walk in shower.
There is also another king bedroom with an en suite bath and two queen bedrooms which share a bath. Of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere beds and linens for your ultimate comfort. This home comfortably sleeps 8 – 10.
Large flat screen TV’s are provided in 2 of the bedrooms and there is a 65 “ TV in the living room. An “A Sonos” system allows you to play your own music throughout the house from your phone or computer.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and everything you will need for your short walk to the beach are provided for your enjoyment! A refreshing outdoor shower awaits your return. A washer and dryer and soft water are provided and the house has a reverse osmosis system. Wi-Fi is also provided. Air conditioning can complement the constant sea breezes. Off street parking is also provided.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
