|Relax at this beautiful lower unit condo that is walking distance to the beach! It is located on Balboa Blvd, between H and I street, in the quiet neighborhood of Peninsula Point. It features a private front and back patio, a fireplace, travertine tile floors, washer and dryer and gas BBQ.
The living room has a large sectional sofa, coffee table, fireplace, oversized side chair and a TV with DVR. The dining room has a table that seats six. The kitchen has nice countertops, mosaic backsplash, dishwasher, built in microwave, TV and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The front patio has seating for outdoor dining. There are also a couple of lounge chairs for comfy relaxation and an umbrella. The back patio has a bistro set that seats two and a built-in, natural gas stainless steel BBQ, prefect for cooking for family and friends!
The master suite has a queen bed, TV and an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom also has a twin daybed with twin trundle bed and third room has a twin bed with twin trundle. There is a second bathroom between the second and third bedroom. There is a private washer and dryer located inside the house in the hallway.

Reservations. All reservations are to be completed and verified by phone and are not final until authorized by Burr White Realty. PLEASE CALL. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax, e-mail or mail, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by us shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit the deposits held by us as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00].
