Midweek off season prices.. $275. daily
Weekend prices $450.00 each night
In season prices $375.00 daily

No RVs or campers on property
No more than 4 cars in driveway unless agreed upon by owner
Limit of 10 guests (no parties)
I will work with you if you want to arrive early or stay late if possible However, if I get a last minute rental and this is not possible, the original check in and out time applies.
Any clogging of drains or toilets due to misuse will be charged to renters (plumbers are not alway available in a timely manner
Unexpected cancellations will be handled individually . If I can re-rent, there will be no charge.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down. There is a separate entrance to down stairs.
Nearby Activities:Boardwalk, Pleasure Pier, fishing piers, golf, mini golf, Moody Gardens, Schliterbahn Water Park, Bishop's Palace and other historic buildings, historical Strand, movie theater,Tall Ship Ellisa, Artist Boats' kayak adventures, Grand Opera House events,horse and buggy rides, bike rentals, Railroad Museum, Offshore drilling Museum, Mardi Gras, Dickens on the Stand.
Houston (home of the world series champion Astros), NASA, Kemah Boardwalk and more are a short ride from Galveston.
Things To Do:If you choose to just hang around the house.......
watch and listen to the waves, walk the beach, play in the sand, birdwatch, fish, play board games, watch flat screen tv ( I hope you don't do that often.....) and just chill and enjoy your family and friends!
