Welcome to At last formally known as Sea La Vie II, where you’re guaranteed to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean on the large balcony! This balcony is right off the living area and includes outdoor dining. Includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 occupants. You will find large and comfortable king beds in the master and second bedroom, plus two tasteful twin over double bunk beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and plenty of room for everyone to unwind from their day in the sun.
Large selection of books, DVDS and games are provided for indoor fun. Full size washer dryer set and a Linen and Towel package is included.
All properties come with central air, a washer, and a dryer. We also provide linens and bath towels to suit the number of guests per property. This condominium has 3 Outdoor swimming pools (Open Memorial Day to mid-September), 2 Libraries, and 2 Fitness Centers.
There are grills located by the pools for the perfect family cookout experience! Limit 2 parking passes per unit. No smoking (only in designated garage areas) and no pets allowed.

All cancelations must be writing. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize your loss. If the property does not re-rent, NO REFUND of any kind will be issued. If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). Refunds are payable to the Tenant within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared accounts. We highly recommend the purchase of Vacation Travel Insurance.
