Entering into the top floor of villa Carmina, you will find two separate bedrooms, equipped with a queen's double bed each, with en-suite bathroom and a sea-facing balcony.

Downstairs on the ground floor, you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a big modern dining table, and a living room with comfortable sofas. Sofas at night may become one double and one single bed so five adults and two children can sleep. There is also a beautiful relaxing luxurious bathroom with tub.

Ground floor leads to a spacious sea facing veranda with exceptional view and the private pool. Villa Carmina' s pool (4,5x3x1,2 m) is nested on the front spacious sea facing veranda with unobstructed sea view. Outdoor furniture and loungers on a lovely wooden deck are provided.
