About

Owners added a 4th bedroom and 4th bathroom! Spacious and beautifully-decorated with an elegant Florida coastal decor', this popular vacation destination features designer touches throughout.

Enjoy coffee in the morning on your deck overlooking the Gulf, or your private balcony off the master bedroom. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd level and has a king bed and small futon for child; the guest bedroom has a queen and and two twins, the guest bedroom on the main level features a queen, and the new 4th bedroom will have a king. All 4 bedrooms will have en suite bathrooms. At the end of a sun-soaked day at the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs in every room. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator from ground to main level (elevator not a guaranteed amenity), as well as an enclosed two-car garage. Nice gas grill!

Portside Villas is located on the highly desirable west end of the beach, just before the entrance to the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Pristine beach as far as the eye can see! Portside Villas also features a pool and tennis courts.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation. Absolutely no pets.

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and updated. A short walk to the beach and pool. Would stay there again.

Staying in this townhouse was awesome .The unit was very tastefully decorated. There were not a lot of personal effects taking up closet space or cluttering the rooms. Very short walk to the beach and other activities close. It would have been nice to use the elevatorbut a small inconvenience.

I have stayed at different locations at Pensacola Beach and this one was the best. The pictures of the property are accurate, the condo is spacious--clean and close to the beach-just a two minute walk. Property management very friendly and responsive; and did I mention this unit has an elevator which came in handy for loading heavy items. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items...we cooked every meal. I would definitely try to stay here again if the unit is available.

Absolutely perfect location and very nicely appointed home. Comfortably slept 5 adults and 2 kids. Only issue was the previous guests had put fresh seafood in the fridge and the smell lingered the whole week.

Literally 2 minutes over the boardwalk to the beach! Beautiful place, nicely decorated.
Because this is Florida and Florida has roaches, they keep literally nothing in the kitchen, so bring your own everything food/seasoning/related.
They had some items in the garage to use for the beach too. Floaties, chairs, umbrella, wagon etc.
Would totally stay here again.

Lovely property and beach! There were a couple of issues that the management company responded to promptly. Fabulous location, right on the beach, literally less than a minute over the short boardwalk. Great outdoor spaces on 3 levels with high quality furniture.

The accommodations were amazing. The access to the beach was perfect for our family, but it would also be perfect for friends to stay. It was nice to have the private beach to go to during the day, especially since Covid numbers are so high we spend all our time at the beach. Any concerns we addressed easily and promptly, I highly recommend staying here.

Great condo with elevator & very nice furniture. Beach view and access - very good. Propane exchange was easy.
Minor Issues - no coffee filters and low end gas grill

We are building a home in Gulf Breeze and have been renting Portside Villas #5 since late September. You can read my review - should be just previous to this one - to get an idea of how much we are enjoying being here!!! To add to that - Our favorite things, other than a beautiful place that’s well equipped and has the most comfortable of beds (always important!) are having the Gulf right out the front door, watching amazing sunrises and sunsets from inside the family room and sitting outside on the decks upstairs and down and the convenience of having so many restaurants with great seafood so close at hand, right here on the beach. This is THE BEST vacation rental we have ever had. By the way, the photos are good but this place is actually larger than the photos make it look. We love it here!

I am about as picky as they come and this place is just PERFECT - even better than the beautiful pictures show! We’ve been here a month, renting off season while our house is being completed, and we feel as if we are on a lovely vacation every day. The views of the Gulf from their several outside decks, and from inside, are fabulous, there is everything one needs for day to day living, the furnishings are upscale and the beds are amazing - great mattresses and every comfort thought of. It really lives so well and can accommodate lots of people comfortably because of the way it is set up. The three bedrooms and three baths work really well. Everything is spotless and they even have something you seldom find in a rental and that is professional type knives for meal prep. What a joy! The owners are absolutely wonderful and have obviously put a lot of thought into making this such a fabulous rental. They and Paradise Beach Homes are so pleasant to work with. We used to own a beach rental here so I have dealt with PBH for over a decade and wouldn’t rent through any other beach group. Everyone is so responsive and goes out of their way to make things easy! This rental is PERFECT!!!

The pool and layout of the facilities were helpful in engaging and managing grandchildern during the stay. They chased lizards and created shell collections with minimal supervision. The beach was entertaining with multiple hurricanes creating surf and warm rains, the sunburn free days were a bonus. Pensacola Beach sand is always an amazing experience. We will look for this home on our next beachside vacation.

20 years of staying in Florida, this rental was one of our favorites. Almost every aspect was 10/10 except the beds were a bit uncomfortable compared to the quality of the rest of the property. Not the worst not the best. Wouldn’t stop us from repeat stay.

Absolutely hate the check-in time. However; this place was awesome. Very clean and everything we needed was in place. Enjoyed the views and the comfort of this condo.

Beautiful!!!! This condo was so well finished its like a high-end model home (but still very comfortable). The owners definitely went out of their way in making every design decision. Taking the inexpensive route was clearly not an option. All of the bathrooms were fabulous, but the master bedroom shower was amazing! The word shower doesnt do it justice. The location couldnt have been more convenient and the property manager was a pleasure to work with. We didnt want to leave but look forward to our next stay here.

We stayed here for a week in June of 2019. The owners have done an incredible job decorating tbis unit. It is very tastefully decorated without being stuffy or tacky. The kitchen has any and everything you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all very clean. The location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to my friends. Stay here, you will be happy you did!

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Portside property! The house is gorgeous, everything is brand new, and very tastefully furnished and decorated. Everything is of high quality, clean and extremely use-able. The views are stunning and the beach is so easily accessible. There is a great blue heron that seems to be a resident of that particular area and we took some great photos with him. This location is amazing and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a high quality beach property.

Had the pleasure of having dinner at this place as a family member rented it for 2 nights and WOW!!!!!!!! The accessibility, beautiful view of the Gulf, the amazing decor, the feel of easy beach life, among many more wonderful things about this place are just some of the reasons I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Portside Villa #5 as your go to destination stay!!!!!

This Villa Condo on the beach was very easy to find, and has the most gorgeous views of the Ocean. Short drive from anything and everything you would want to visit in this area. We walked in and were impressed with how clean and modern everything looked. The design makes you feel like home with the newly designed ammentities and furniture.

This rental manager was great to work with and very helpful. I would use them again next year. Condo was remodeled and a great ocean front location. I will look at booking this condo for our next visit.
