We have comfortable, beautiful furnishings! We rent our place mostly by word of mouth and repeat direct bookings, and have a guest book full of great reviews and many reviews on Airbnb and VRBO from our other properties.

Within walking distance of restaurants, markets, stores, beach, park and even a dolphin cove where you can swim with the dolphins.

Our condo is family friendly with high end waterproof vinyl flooring, pack n play, boogie boards, sand toys, board games, balls, ping pong paddles, pickle ball paddles, balls, high chair, stroller, baby gate, snorkel gear, goggles and more!

Our condo is also great for family and friends as the rooms are spacious and have soaring wood ceilings, plenty of closet space and over 1900 sq ft under roof!

The Big Island has so many things to explore! There is the lush, rainy side of Hilo with waterfalls and small quaint town. The volcanoes are flowing, visit the Volcano National Park and watch the lava flow. The quaint town of Kailuna-Kona is our favorite for restaurants and shopping and only 10 minutes away. 

The water is clear for snorkeling along many beaches and the surf is great along the coast most places. The water is also warm and enjoyable to swim all year long! Of course the weather is great all year round to, especially in the Kona area where it is warmer than most of the island. So many places to explore and taking the helicopter up and around is the best way to see the island. 

Bedrooms

New King Bed in Master Bedroom. The Master bath is a SHOW STOPPER! It has a new, separate soaking free standing tub (with chandelier fan above) and large walk in shower with large bench for 2 and gold separate sprayer, gold rainhead shower head, large counter with custom cabinet, and double sinks.  There is a skylight, lighted anti-fog mirrors for both sinks and high vaulted wood ceilings. So spacious and beautiful! With gorgeous new quartz counters and 12 X 24 white marble tile surrounding the free standing tub. White marble tile throughout the shower and separate toilet room. There is even a chandelie/fan in private toilet room. 

2nd guest bedroom has 2 long twin beds that can be converted to King, one chaise lounge that can convert to 2 small beds or one small full (great for kids or teens), TV, dresser in walk in closet, luggage racks.  The guest bathroom has new full shower, tub combination with updated custom white quartz counters, new large double sink vanities, new fixtures, & custom vanities. New white and green 12 X 24 tiles. All bedrooms and living room will have a smart, flat TV screens, ceiling fans and CA.

3rd bedroom is a loft with 2 long twin beds that can convert to king and a chair that converts to twin bed. The chair that converts to bed is shorter and lower to ground, so great for kids or teens.  There is a closet, luggage racks, TV, new ceiling fan, side table and added NEW full bath (April 2023) with stand up shower, new black fixtures, new vanity, black quartz counter, new toilet, sinks and fixtures.  

We have searched for a long time for the best views, open large layout, large lanai and best location and this checked off all the boxes!! Ocean breezes from all rooms! The breeze is amazing if you open the large 12 ft lanai door, the breeze travels throughout the whole space. .

Unobstructed views from all living areas including the master! It will take your breath away! Endless sunsets on large lanai with new, sectional couch and dining table! Plenty of room for family and friends! 8 people can stay comfortably!

The lanai has a new wine/beer/beverage refrigerator, sink, custom new cabinets and new black quartz counters . There is also a closet for beach chairs, toys, tennis rackets, ping pong paddles, balls, etc. in both the Lanai and outside area near our designated parking spot. There is plenty of guest parking as well. Our parking spot is close to our private front porch and entrance . There are books and games inside for the odd day that the weather isn't perfect. There is ping pong table near the kids pool next to tennis courts, across the street from us at office.  

***If you wish, there is central air for a fee of $30 per day as Hawaii electric prices are astronomical. (your choice to decide at booking or after you arrive and we will give you the code for the AC)(unless you paid $650 or more per night)

The reasons we bought this property.

7. Close to ocean for sounds & sea air and visibility to sea life & surf.

8. Light and bright with many large windows, high soaring wood ceilings.

9. 16 acres of well taken care of lush green property

10. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and short drive to swimming with the dolphins. (45 minutes)

11. No neighbors above us and end unit. 

12. Close Parking spot close to our front porch and guest parking.

13. Quiet area from the hustle bustle of town but close enough to get there when we want. 

14. Close to bay where you can go out snorkeling or swim with the Manta Rays at night. (you can see them from our master bedroom window)

15. Close to downtown Kona (without the noise) and White Sands Beach and the bays.  

16. 3 pools, one quiet adult, one children's pool with ping pong and one ocean front pool for all (which we can see from our Lanai)

Some rules to keep it nice per HOA.

1. 3 day minimum 

2. No smoking anywhere inside or outside in our complex. (You can go outside complex in front of security)

3. No more than 9 people in condo at ANYTIME. 6 adults, 3 children or teens and or infant can sleep comfortable.  3 of the beds are shorter or lower to ground FYI.

4. No pets

5. Quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am.

6. No large parties or events.
