This modern one-story home includes high ceilings, and large glass sliding doors that open up for an ideal indoor/outdoor living space. Enjoy the refreshing breeze from the pool, the garden with the big Panama tree, the Senderos lake just across the home and you can hear monkeys, tropical birds singing and wildlife all around you.

The master bedroom is on a higher elevation with a private terrace and overlooking the garden. It has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom that includes a full separate shower, double sink, and an open-air private bathtub.

The additional two bedrooms have independent bathrooms and built-in closets. One includes a terrace that opens to the patio and green areas where you can enjoy the views to the garden and pool area.

The living area combines all in one single space, kitchen, terrace, living room, pool area and deck. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances and a spacious pantry. AC mini splits are installed throughout the entire house.

The landscaping is designed around a huge magnificent Nya tree so you can enjoy the refreshing shade all year long.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds unless the range of dates specified in the contract and the total amount is recovered through another rental contract. If the property is able to be rented for the same time period at the same rate, will refund all payments minus a 20% administrative fee. If cannot re-rent the property outside of 30 days, the company keeps the full booking deposit. If the cancellation comes inside the 30 days prior to the reservation and cannot re-rent, the company will reserve the right to keep the full payment.

Absolutely stunning luxury casa in a gated community. Staying at Casa Nya was an amazing experience, however the main focus point is the location, everything is just steps away."

"Casa Nya Bliss
This was the 3rd year in a row we've rented Casa Nya from Five Star Tamarindo and it keeps getting better every time.
Located in the beautiful gated community of Senderos, the house, grounds and pool are beautifully maintained and the bedrooms very comfortable.
Close enough to the center of town and the beach (less than 5 minutes away), but far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility.
The staff at Five Star are the best and respond immediately to any questions you have while planning your trip and throughout your stay.
Can't wait to come back again next year! "

"Great property and location
The luxurious house is well equipped and in a good location in a gated community. Pool and premises are clean and well kept. We had a relaxing time and rented a golf cart to make the easy trip to stores and the Tamarindo beaches."

"Amazing Place, Great communication - a MUST STAY
WE LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!! The home is very secure and the entire development is full of amazing custom houses which is manned 24/7. The rooms were very spacious and each had their own attached bathroom, the lighting could be adjusted in the bathrooms as it was a bit hard to get ready with the lights being so dim. Also they have a great water filter and we were so close to the grocery store it was very easy to keep the house stocked with everything we needed. The home was very clean, exactly like the pictures and we loved lounging outside. Five Star Tamarindo management was AMAZING!!!! They took care of everything and we LOVED working with them. 100% would rent from them again and would be recommend this home to anyone who wants an amazing luxury experience. We did a boat tour, beach clubs and countless beach dinners and one of the best spa days I have EVERY had at Los Altos. "

"Great house and staff
What a great stay! The house is very clean and modern, the pool and outdoor space was perfect. Neighborhood is gated and being developed quickly--construction in the area was not a bother at all. "An Amazing Experience
We loved staying at Casa Nya. We were greeted at the house by Ana of Five Star Tamarindo upon arrival. She was a wealth of knowledge and gave us a full tour of the house, its amenities, and information about the neighborhood and nearby stores, restaurants, beaches etc. Throughout our trip, Five Star Tamarindo was just a text message away. They took care of all of our excursions, called cabs for us, scheduled in-home Covid testing, etc. The house is located in a safe gated neighborhood with 24 hour security. The well appointed grocery store is a 2 minute golf cart ride away! So convenient. I would recommend renting a golf cart for travel into Tamarindo. The house is a walkable distance, but you'll appreciate having a cart for sure. We will absolutely return to Casa Nya! Thank you, Five Star Tamarindo! "

"Elevated vacation rental experience
We greatly enjoyed our time with Five Star Tamarindo. The booking, pre-arrival, and arrival processes were smooth. We were personally welcomed to our home upon arrival and provided the necessary information to have a comfortable stay. The home was clean and well-appointed. The staff at Five Star Tamarindo was incredibly helpful. We communicated via Whatsapp and were provided a high level of service. Their communication prior to arrival was great and they helped us plan transportation, activities, and dinner reservations, curating our perfect Tamarindo experience. Booking a trusted property manager is key for an elevated vacation experience, and Five Star knows how to deliver. "

"Amazing vacation!
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Nya. We were a group of 2 couples but the house could have fit another couple very comfortably. The entire house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. All of the appliances and finishes are top notch (vitamix, smeg appliances, dyson blowdryer, etc.) and the kitchen is fully equipped. The owners clearly thought of everything - lots of beach and pool towels, a cooler to take to the beach, etc.

Five stat property management was also amazing. They were super responsive (we communicated via WhatsApp) and helped us book a golfcart and airport transfer. They answered our questions quickly and at all hours of the day.

We would highly recommend renting a golfcart (if you do not rent a car). While the beach isn't that far of a walk (approx 15-20 minutes to the middle of town with lots of restaurants and bars), it is a long walk in the heat. Being able to zip around in the golfcart made a huge difference! The grocery store is a very close walk (less than 5 minutes), but still nice to have the golfcart so you don't have to carrry all your bags in the heat!

Our favourite restarants were Pangas (a bit fanicer for Tamadindo, need a reservation) and the Dragonfly.

Would love to visit Casa Nya again!! "

Fantastic safe location, walking distance to grocery store and into town. Clean and bright house, awesome pool and very private. Outdoor shower in master is outstanding. Five Star was amazing to deal with and we’re always super helpful in answering any questions! Check out Chop it and NOI for great food. "
