Paradise Villas #2 is a cheerfully decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths, a two-story condo that comfortably sleeps 8. The Villa is part of a beautifully kept complex with 23 villas, large open terraces overlooking the water, private palapas on the beach, and on-site security. Paradise Villas is on Playa Encanto, a pristine beach with smooth sand and no rocks or coral to interfere with your enjoyment of the beach. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bath with walk-in shower, fireplace, and private balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds, a private balcony overlooking the estuary, and an upstairs hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is beautifully tiled and fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room has a sleeper sofa, satellite tv, and wifi. Sheets and one set of bath towels per person are provided. Owner requests no smoking and no pets. patio seating and grill are included. Other amenities include central heat and air conditioning and swimming pool. The private beach allows for terrace/patio fire pits or beach fires. So much else to enjoy all day long: sunrises, beachcombing, sunsets, star-filled skies with no city lights, dolphins, pelicans, seagulls, sand dollars, crabs, and much more! 3-night minimum all Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay).

"Not this unit
The place overall is beautiful and has a great location. However this unit was quite dirty and the kitchen was poorly stocked with very old and unwashed dishes/pots and pans. There weren't even any paper towels. I knew folks in the other units and they gave rave reviews."

"Perfect Gem! Don’t pass this up!
Beautiful location away from the busy Sandy beach where we usually stay.
The condo was absolutely adorable!! Super clean and well maintained. We loved all the art on the walls and amenities provided. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy and not feel cramped. The beach was full of seashells and a bit of seaweed in the ocean. We had huge waves the first day from a hurricane, but the remaining days were calm and relaxing. I most definitely will book this condo again!
The only thing that we needed was a broom to clean the floors of the sand. We also needed dishwasher soap but managed with liquid soap in the sink and all was fine!

"Week Away!
The unit was awesome. Beautiful decorated, love the beach access and the pool. Only downfall, they were painting and we were not told that was going to happen. We did not have access to the patio upstairs or down from Monday to Friday because they were painting. Otherwise, the staY was great!!!"

"Great stay
Paradise Villa #2 was clean and well furnished. we had a problem with the AC when we arrived but Anthony in the Oceano office was quick to call the repair company and they had it fixed in a couple hours. The grounds of the complex was very clean and security kept it feeling safe. the only issue was, that the oven didn't work. I brought food to cook for the weekend and was unable to cook it due to the oven being dismantled. no knob and no thermostat. other wise the property had all the other amenities promised. get the oven fixed and I would recommend again. "

"Amazing stay
The home was exactly as described. The house is decorated beautifully and the grounds is well maintained and beautiful. My family and I were comfortable and we enjoyed every minute. There was one night there was no water in all the villas but we were able to find the grounds custodian and he explained to us they were fixing the issue and the water would return shortly. He was right, the water turned back on after a few hours but honestly no one was bothered by it because we were all outside on the beach or in the pool having fun. "
