Paradise Villas #9 is a two bedroom, two one half bath, two-story townhome--the master bedroom has a King bed, decorative fireplace, bath and terrace with ocean views. The second bedroom has two full beds and a bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The living area is cozy and includes a dining table. Other amenities include a swimming pool, central heat and air conditioning, a CD player, and a flat-screen TV with Satellite. Lastly, because you can access the beach and the pool, this home is perfect for a versatile vacation. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay). For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
