Beautiful newly built beach home completed Fall of 2020!!! 4 bedroom 3 bath home with private pool and a six person golf cart that you can rent. Just a few blocks from the beach on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. No major roads to cross. This home is professionally decorated for an upscale beach vibe! Looking to unwind and enjoy your own slice of paradise this home IS the choice for you. The main floor area you will find the great room/dining area across from the stunning fully stocked kitchen! Kitchen has everything the gourmet chef would want. Kitchen features all stainless appliances with a large bar with seating. The Master Bedroom with a king bed and upscale private bath is on the main floor. You have private access to the back yard through the master bedroom's private exterior door or the French doors in the great room. There are two additional bedrooms on the main floor one that has a queen bed and the other with two twin beds and there is a full bathroom that those 2 bedrooms share and is also used for guests. Upstairs you have a full bath and the large 4th bedroom with a king bed.

The backyard has a private pool and deck and is fully fenced in. There is an outdoor shower with Hot and Cold water. You'll find a covered area with a Gas Grill just off of the back deck for convenience.

Home is pet friendly!! This home allows two pets max weighing a max amount of 25 lbs. each pet. It has a two car garage, but one side is used for the Golf Cart storage area. (Golf cart is not included in the rental rate however it is available for an additional rental fee if you wish to use it. Golf Cart is Electric). The beach access is only 3 minutes when using the golf cart or 6 minutes if you wish to walk for some exercise!! There is ample parking for 3 vehicles. Home is equipped with streaming television with a Youtube TV subscription and private WiFi.

It is just .3 miles to Public walkover beach access 95. Whether you decided to take the short walk to the beach access or rent the Golf Cart you will love your beach access area. You can park the golf cart at the access or across the street. This home has everything you will need for a marvelous & memorable emerald coast beach vacation.

This home is located 7 miles from Pier Park, 7 miles to Frank Brown Park, 3.5 miles to the start of scenic 30A, Rosemary Beach is 3.7 miles, Santa Rosa Beach is 20 miles from the front door of this amazing home.
